digital product use
all digital products (templates, guides, printables, etc.) are for personal or business use only. you may not resell, redistribute, or claim any part of the content as your own.
you are welcome to customize anything for your own business, but don’t be that person who downloads, slaps their logo on it, and sells it as theirs. gross.
service booking expectations
when you book a service with me, you’re securing my time, creative brain, and strategy. you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire or intake form after booking—this must be filled out to begin the project. delays in your response = delays in your timeline.
ghosting for more than 14 days without communication may result in your project being archived and a reinstatement fee will be added to your invoice. i'm a small business too, not a holding tank for half-started ideas.

because digital products are delivered instantly & services reserve time i can’t get back. that said ... i’m not a monster. if something’s broken, missing, or confusing, shoot me an email and i’ll do my best to fix it.
for digital products ...
no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. you get instant access and full usage rights. please read all descriptions before purchasing.
for services...
deposits are non-refundable. once i begin work, there are no refunds, even if you decide to back out mid-project. if you ghost me or go radio silent, your project will be archived & i’ll keep the deposit for time wasted. (harsh? maybe. fair? also yes.)
